- This is not a computer hardware repair service. All computers must be
operational at the time of the service call. ezTechDirect can provide computer repair services
in conjunction with this promotion.

- Our service representative will evaluate your system upon arrival and may
recommend replacing systems that are past their reasonable upgrade lifetime.
You have the option to continue with the revitalization service or cancel any
further repairs to your system. Should you choose to cancel the remaining
work you will be charged a $25 system evaluation fee.
- You agree that your system will be available to our service representative
upon arrival.
- Under normal circumstances a system revitalizations
can be completed within an hour. This promotion entitles you to a maximum of
two hours of onsite service.
- Viruses and other malicious software may damage the computer operating system
beyond reasonable recovery.
- Systems that must have their operating system reinstalled for any reason will
need to be taken off site for repair. Should your system need to be taken
off site our service representative will disconnect your system, transport it to
our service location, perform all necessary repairs, and reconnect your system
upon return to your location.
- There is a $15 additional surcharge for systems that must be taken off site for
repair.
- For systems requiring a reinstallation of the operating system every attempt
will be made to recover your personal data. ezTechDirect will not be
responsible for data loss resulting from the reinstallation of your operating
system. Only your legally licensed operating system software will be
installed back on your computer. Please do not ask our service technicians
to install software that you are not legally entitled to. If you choose to
upgrade your operating system at the same time as the reinstallation
ezTechDirect will provide you a quote for the cost of upgraded operating system
software prior to performing any work. Our service representative will
reinstall any other software that you provide at the time the system is picked
up for reinstallation of the operating system. You may incur additional
fees for any additional software or
configuration that needs to be performed on the recovered system upon it
reinstallation at your site. Please discuss your needs prior to our
service representative removing your system.
- Hardware failures can occur at anytime and are more likely to be experienced
when a computer is first turned on. Our revitalization process will
require your system to be powered down a number of times during the entire
process. Although unlikely, there is always the possibility that a
system failure could occur during this process. ezTechDirect will not be
held liable for any hardware failure that occurs during the revitalization
process. As part of our commitment to customer service, should a
failure occur our service representative, at their discretion, and with
your permission, will attempt to repair the system. You will agree to the
cost of any replacement parts needed for the repair but will not be charge any
additional fees other than what you have agreed to as part of this promotion.
